WINDOW BOBBINS
This is a totally new design in a Lace Bobbin. It comprises of a wooden head and
neck, then a clear acrylic tube, and then a wooden end to fix your spangle to (the wood is
Mexican Rosewood). The tube is filled with different items such as a piece of Lace, 2 wooden
gold fish, and a wooden lighthouse, a baby bone bobbin, a snowman and a Father Christmas.

A MONTH
Why not join those
Lacemakers who already enjoy the benefits of my very flexible "bobbin a month"
group. There are several different ways you can arrange it,
1.You can arrange a limit
to spend each month e.g. £5, £7.50, £10. Then I will send you bobbins to the value of your
price band each month. Either you can state the bobbins you would like for the following month
or you can leave it up to me to choose. All orders are held on computer, so I can make sure
that I send you something different each month!
2. You could start a
collection of a certain type of bobbin. e.g. a different painted flower or animal or why not
start to collect a different character from the Beatrix Potter range or choose one of my new
collections: Tropical Flowers of the World, Famous Women and Famous Men of History or the Set
of Henry VIII and his six wives.
3. Save on the post and
packaging: by returning the postal tube to me, together with your cheque each month, you only
pay 75p P & P each month (UK only).
Overseas customers:
You to can join the bobbin a month, you will need to be able to give me
your credit card details so that the payment can be debited to your
card, as you do not return the packaging . It works best if you have
several friends close by who would also like to join, this saves on the
P&P each month, which is £2.00
Terms for bobbin a
month: All orders are sent on the 1st of each month you may start and stop the monthly
orders whenever you like, giving 1 months notice. All orders must be paid for within 7 days of
receiving the order.

I have introduced a new range of Ebony bobbins, these
are inlayed with pewter bands, spirals and dots and are based on traditional
designs and production methods of the 19th century.
I believe that I am the only professional bobbin maker reproducing these unusual
and extremely elegant bobbins of times gone bye.
The pattern is cut into the ebony, this is then filled with "molten"
pewter, this is the cleaned up and then bobbin has its final shaping and
sanding, it's difficult and time consuming to produce!
These luxury bobbins will grace your pillow and make your colleges extremely

happy, your money will be returned, if you return the Bobbins to me
within 5 days of you receiving the order.
