MEMORABLE WOMEN OF LACE

Here are the details of the "Memorable Women of Lace" collection.

There will be a set of 12 hand painted bobbins (you do not have to collect all 12) The bobbins will be made from Lemonwood, Ebony or Bone in Midland and Honiton styles and in Lemonwood and Ebony in Continental or Flanders styles and finished with the same protective lacquer I use on all my painted bobbins. Each bobbin will have on it, in three lines, 1st line, "20th Century" 2nd line "Memorable Women of Lace" and on the third line the name and award they gained, e.g. "Elsie Luxton MBE" The flag of their country will be painted at the top of the bobbin.
